Court is gonna go smoothly I think. The public defender says most likely charges will be dropped against me but theyll still need me to testify against Scott. It's not a me vs him or him vs me thing, it's the state vs me and then a separate state vs him. So they said the self defense will hold up, especially after they saw the pics of the bruises n scars n shit.

The lady I was interviewd by for the DA was like "WAIT, Scott PISIK??? I know him! OMG you are so gettin charges dropped. Did you know about his priors??? That guy used to work for the county as a drug counselor. He's not disabled! Is that what he told you why he lost his job??? Let's just say this situation you're in now... it's happened before, only with his own patients!"

"The other girl was only 18?!?! His own daughter is that age EWWW! My daughter graduated with his daughter! What was this other girl's name..." "Katelyn KABALA? You got mixed up with HER??? They threw her out of school for sexually harrassing a teacher! Everyone in town knows not to let her anywhere near their man! You poor thing! You're not from around here are you, everyone in town knows to stay away from those 2 sickos! How romantic that they found each other!"

It was awesome. I love the justice system. She was also telling me that if he really is getting disability (which I verified) then she's gonna try to do something about it. I had mentioned wanting to write to the board or whoever's in charge of false claims and send police reports, pics, testimony against him being disabled. She said she's got some testimony of her own to add. Also she's saying it'd be easy-peasy to get a civil suit and get extra for pain n suffering.

So things might take care of themselves legally and things might not have to be taken care of in other ways. Which is cool, in some ways. At any rate he'll lose the car.
